At Counselors Connect, our services are delivered digitally through online counseling sessions and digital reports. As such, we do not ship any physical products. This policy explains how our services are made available to you.

1. Online Counseling Sessions

All counseling and therapy sessions are conducted online via secure video conferencing platforms.
No physical delivery or shipping is required.
Session links are sent to clients 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to the email address provided during booking.

2. Reports and Assessments

Assessment results, reports, and related materials are provided in digital format via email or our secure client portal.
Clients may download and print these reports for personal use if needed.
No printed copies are shipped unless a separate arrangement has been made in advance.

3. Delivery Timelines

Session links: Delivered 24 hours before the confirmed appointment time.
Reports & assessments: Generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the service type.

4. No Physical Shipping

As all our offerings are digital, no shipping fees apply. Services and resources are exclusively delivered online.
