Refund Policy

At Counselors Connect, we are committed to providing professional counseling services of the highest quality. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- If a booked session is cancelled by the counselor, you are entitled to a full refund.
- If you cancel a session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, you may request a full refund or a credit for a future session.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Completed sessions are not refundable.
- Subjective dissatisfaction (if the service was delivered as described) is not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds for packages will only cover unused sessions, if applicable.
3. Requesting a Refund

[email protected] with your booking details. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
4. Exceptions
Exceptions may be granted for technical failures, emergencies, or other special cases at the sole discretion of Counselors Connect.
