3. What to Include When Contacting Us

- Any screenshots or error messages (for tech issues)
4. Common Issues & FAQs
- Not receiving session link: Check your spam/junk folder. Links are sent 24 hours before session.
- Payments declined: Ensure card/UPI details are correct, sufficient funds, browser/payment gateway supported.
- Requesting report access: Reports are delivered digitally. If you need assistance downloading or printing, contact support.
- Cancel/reschedule: Refer to the Refund Policy for rules and timelines.
