Return Policy

Counselors Connect provides digital and professional services rather than physical goods. Therefore, traditional returns are not applicable. This Return Policy clarifies how services and digital materials are handled.
1. Services
- Completed counseling sessions cannot be “returned.”
- Pre-purchased packages may be adjusted if unused sessions remain. Only unused sessions may be eligible for credit or partial refund, subject to our Refund Policy.
2. Digital Materials
- Workbooks, guides, or downloadable resources are non-returnable once delivered.
- If digital resources are defective or inaccessible, we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
3. Memberships and Subscriptions
- Cancellations of subscription services will take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Partially used memberships or packages cannot be returned, but remaining sessions may qualify for credits.
